I did the biometrics today and my case says it’s being reviewed. quick question I did the 131F as well and my husband did the I 130 for me. but we didn’t do the I 485 along with it because the I131f says don’t unless you’re approved. Any suggestions or insights thanks.

it's been about 4 months I can't find a date ( no appointment is currently schedule) I already paid for the visa.
I received the k1FTP letter since May 10 and I see the visa is Ready in NVC status since May 29.
are they going to contact me again?

We have taken an action on your case
Last night, I received two email as “We have taken an action on your case” for my I-130 and I-485 and my husband got an email as well. there is no document on document tab bar or anything, just the progress bar is updated to the September 18 th. I am wondering if anyone experienced something like this previously ?
decision timeline? Did my interview finally after 4.5 years, kinda afraid I am going to have to wait a few more years

AOS i-485 eb2 niw interview done today at San Antonio FO
Hello
i had an USCIS field office i-485 interview today. interview went smoothly and okay.
At the end of the interview, the officer asked if we had any questions to ask and i ask when we will be able to hear about the result. the officer said
“you will be notified in the mail in two-three weeks. i now need to find your visa” is this a good sign?! or is there a chance we might get denied?
she did NOT say mention green card was approved so its unclear.
we singed all the documents for myself, spouse and two children. i thought they give the result right away but we didn’t hear ‘you’re approved’
i want to know if we pass the interview.

hey everyone, I just got a letter today with my first prima facie, I am not married to a U.S citizen but a lawful permanent resident so I haven’t filed EAD OR Travel authorization, my question is how can I use my prima facie for benefits please? It says I should be eligible to apply for public benefits but can someone tell me exactly how do I use it? thanks in advance.

has anyone received EAD i 765 who filed between July and August?
I applied on Aug 7 for Eb1a based i 485 and i 765 for my dependent. I wanted to check if uscis is giving EAD faster as they have stopped working on india cases since aug 29.
