Has anyone experienced a similar issue with an I-131 expedite request? Two months ago, my dad fell seriously ill, so I requested expedited processing. My first request was denied by NBC, and the second by the service center, despite providing new medical evidence. After contacting my congresswoman’s office, my expedite request was approved within a week, but a month later, my case hasn’t progressed. When I follow up, they only show the original denial. I’m feeling frustrated and confused—any advice on what to do next?

I travel to Canada for 15 days and when I got to the airport, to drop my baggage and get my boarding pass, they asked for my green card, I told them I had my AP, they said oh yes we can get that and your passport.
They scanned it alongside my passport and gave me my boarding pass. Then I dropped my bags.
Went through security, they checked and told me since you’re traveling with AP you have to go through the secondary inspection.
She walked me there and I waited 2min before getting called.
The officer was really nice: “Good evening ma’am, first time traveling with AP? I told him Yes. He said oh I see that’s why there’s no stamps in your passport. I’ll stamp it and it’s good for a year. Every time you travel you’ll stop here so we can stamp it and that’s it. What was the purpose of your trip? I said visiting family.
He said: I hope you had a good time.
I said Yes with a smile.
Then he said: Glad to hear that. Welcome back home.
I said thank you. And told him I was scared of traveling and he smiled he said I hear this a lot. As long as you have your AP and you don’t have a criminal case pending against you, you are free to go in and out.
You were issued an AP for that reason so use it.
I said; yes that’s true. Thank you and Good night.
He said: You’re most welcome with a smile.
And that was it.

Any 2020 applicant who is waiting to get approval on 485
2020 acpplicnat who’s waiting for 485 approval.
I’m waiting for long time, December/28/2020 . my 485 stack in Charlotte field office. uscis added fingerprint to my 485 on July 24.2024 , since that time no any update. on july 2024 ,Charlotte office sent me RFE medical, me and my attorney didn’t get any notice and online account didn’t showed any . they asked me to resend them which I did two time , one without copy of rfe notice , one with copy of RFE notice, noth has been received by charlotte by proof of usps , however no any update on my online account.
I ‘m really need my approval. 4 years

Hello, I have been lurking in the background and get very happy when someone posts about a new approval!
I was curious to see if we have any July 2024 PDs. Our 130 and 485 are at a FO right now as per Emma. Anyone get any updates? I believe we are on the decision pending stage according to the USCIS site and not sure if it was a glitch.

PD june 2020, i dont received any interview instructions or letter of appointment. they responce to my public inquiry that they will have 60 days to response. its that good to wait for 60 days or i will have to do public inquiry again? thank you for the response. 30 days when they email me.
