Good morning ,guys .l will apply in the process as mental and Psychological abuse ,l just have my testimony and 3 testimony from family and friend plus the psicological evaluation , Bona marriage proof ,Fb i and Police clearance reports from where i lived,marriage certificate,do you think imit us good guys ? what is missing ?
Green Card received
After 2 RFEs one for passport photos and the other for a vaccine for one dependent, I got approval on September 9th, and received my Green cards in the mail yesterday. Just about 23 months since submission, ROW, Filed concurrently at the time. Never got 1-131/Advance Parole approval.
Good luck to all waiting, I hope you all hear good news in October 2024.

Hi everyone, I’m in the process of completing my I-485, and I’m a bit unsure how to answer the yes/no question regarding unauthorized work. I previously worked without authorization for about 60 days, and I’m concerned about how this could impact my application.
• Should I answer “yes” and provide an explanation?
• How might this affect my green card process?
• Are there any exemptions or considerations I should be aware of, especially for unauthorized work that occurred in the past?
I’d appreciate any advice from those with similar experiences or legal insight into how to best approach this! Thanks in advance!

1. Does this mean my biometrics will be reuse?
