Hi everyone, my son wants to go to college and K am willing to apply for Fafsa. what is the visa type we have with VAWA case and what number of Visa i have to ise? Prima Facie bumber or I360 case#? please help! thank you..

yeah but remember if you won’t get extension on time, they’ll drop your child outta college and he will have to wait a semester to enroll. so it could be waste of time. I would wait until your stuff is approved.

@hikmah anizia eligible non-citizen as @Zillionnaire O said. Go ahead and send your child to school. With all this waiting I'm almost done with a masters. Life isn't waiting on anyone. Do the best you can with what you have!

I try to apply myself while im in college but i can’t if possible i recommend go to the financial aid department of your son college and see if the school accept VAWA
