Interview Done today! Office said “ will make a decision on your case”
How soon should I expect that decision?
EB2 Conrad 30 case, waver completed Oct 2023, I-485 filed then, Priority date June 2022, I-140 Already approved. Non backlog country.

Is supposed that take 15 days. But im waiting for the same and now i have 90 days waiting. Patience and faith is the key here

@Julien R if you’re waiting that long, it’s better to reach out to your congressman. It will definitely help your case.

mine updated a day after the interview. I've heard it takes anywhere from 5 minutes to several months; it depends. Mostly less than a month, unlikely more than a month, rarely more than 3 months.
