after doing some research on your case I see they will transfer after 90 days. But who knows it might be more days or less days. You never know with USCIS

@wi vi not yet, we just finished uploading the documents including DS 260, we are now waiting for the interview date

@Layla brown yes we have a lawyer, we got the welcome letter 2 weeks later and i’m now waiting for the interview date after uploading the documents

somebody have experience to bring child from abroad, after 824 approval , child has 6years old have to be on interview or me (petitioner) have to be instead of her?

@Layla brown we filed for 824 to act on an approved application, after 10 months it got approved, got the welcome letter from NVC 2 weeks later and now we just finished uploading the documents and waiting for the interview date

I had vawa approval in 2022 I filed i824 on 3 January 2023 and it's been 2.2 years of waiting for my i824 still no update for my i824 I'm going crazy.
