am so excited to go back to work. I also got 2 notifications that an action was taken this morning but when I log in nothing was there. I was hoping it was another approval but am still hopeful

I am thinking about joining the military. My VAWA was approved a week ago, but my green card is still pending. I spoke with a recruiter who gave me paperwork and offered to contact immigration about my green card. I told them I had a lawyer and needed to speak with him first. What do you think?

Hello guys need your input really cos I’m loosing my mind, I applied for the renewal of my EAD earlier in March, and on my birthday which is the 19th they mailed me the EAD based of my case tracker. checked my mail box that day and couldn’t find the card. All I could see is the approval notice but not the card. Recently got promoted at my Job and I need to do a back ground check at my Job for the new role since I’m in the financial industry but the issue is. Is it possible to use the receipt notice and my expired i765 to work????? pending while my EAD issue is being resolved because I’m totally confused and loosing it now.

Reckless Driving

Hello VAWA family,l have submitted my Vawa application on October 4th 2021 but I got charged on 07/06/2024 with reckless driving for: SPEEDING, RACING and IMPROPER LANE CHARGES I pleaded guilty but nobody got hurt or nothing so the judge reduced the charge to just reckless driving withheld.ls USCIS going to deny my Vawa application and GC application because of that? That really concerns me.

Hello, It’s been 2 months I request help from NY senator to expedite my case. I didn’t heard something back. No response from senator. Does it happen that they don’t answer at all ?

asking for a friend, she got married to an American citizen but when applying for marriage green card , she was sent an rfe for divorce certificate of her husband's previous marriage, but the husband is not giving her, just giving one excuse after another. Now she is doubting if he even got divorce so the question is can she file for vawa based on that? she also experience domestic violence.Thank you all in advance for the answers
