has everyone here who sent medical rfe to field office but didn’t get any update on online account.
I mailed my medical rfe on October 10 , almost 60 days passed. no anu update on their system. the only thing which I have is usps confirmation notice which shows someone in field office address has been received my medical. I am worried about it , did my rfe lost ,
please who has experience answer my question.

yes I did , however I did not get any update when they sent rfe to me , and rfe was expired. congressman helped me by sent them inquire about issues. Field office responded, i can send them even time was over .🤷🏻♀️

@hope hope I received my RFE today, that’s medical. my lawyer told me he will send it on Wednesday. did you send it by mail or courier?

@survivor p . good for you , now know your rfe . I sent it two times , both were by usps over night mail with signature requested.

@F A : when you are calling uscis , they said there is not any thing related to your rfe in their system?
because I sent them to copies of my medical in two different days of October, still they couldn’t find any information about my medical, even Tier two officer wasn’t able to find it.
please help me with your answer

@hope hope I never called uscis about my rfe. I only said most times field office doesn’t update they receive rfe response

I sent mine through usps and it was updated they received it with the date. so call to confirm

I sent rfe to NBC and they confirmed they received it on my online account. 3 months passed and I didn’t get update. Called USCIS and they said my case is in my field office and my field office said they sent my rfe but they didn’t receive it and that they’ve sent another copy of the rfe to me, I haven’t received the copy they sent. I’ve gone back to my doctor to get another sealed medical. I don’t know if I should just send it to my field office with the copy of the first letter I have or keep waiting for USCIS. please what do you guys think I should do?
I’ve spoken with tier 1 and Tier 2 agents in the last one week and all they want me to do is keep waiting while they inquire. I don’t want my case to be delayed any further or denied because of this

they do they same thing to
me they don’t care about people’s I mailed a rfe response in September 3th it’s only in October 31 they said they received it

@O. D O I would say send it to your local field office but don’t use USPS. they lost my medical the first time in May and just two days they finally closed the lost mail search. I will never rely on those people. sad thing is it was sent from the same city it was meant to be delivered to. I suggest UPS or FedEx 1 day shipping. they were super reliable and on time! it sometimes does take a second for USCIS to update they received it but once you know it was delivered to their office and it was signed for you’re in good hands. I didn’t receive a notification about receiving my rfe when I sent it. instead I just got card was being produced which was my GC.

@O. D O Ohh I’ll also say that if your first letter deadline date has NOT come then it’s probably safe to use the copy of it & resend to USCIS.

@remaining hopeful ,it’s actually elapsed cos they sent it on the 20th of August and the instruction says you should send it within 87days.
