New card is being produced today. It’s been quite a long wait for me but I can finally see my family, and to sleep like never before.
I will be honest, those 1000+ days took a toll on my mental health. I cannot express how I relieved I am right now. Hoping to get a physical GC in hand soon to finally get this over with.
Wish to everyone to have lots of patience and the quickest approvals.

How long will it take for Green Card to be approved after dates become current ?
Folks,
I have a question about the process, my medicals are going to expire in Dec,2024. Let’s say my dates become current in the next bulletin, how long will it take for the file to be processed and approved as my case has been in CRP since Jan,2024.

Where to file I-765 with category (c)(9)
I am trying to refile my I-765 with c9 category since I’ve initially submitted it with c31 along with my VAWA and I-485.
I really need to speed up my EAD process since I haven’t been able to work for 3years already since I came to the US.
Do you know which address I should file to? The chart and description are quite confusing.

Here is the option:
⑴ (c) (9) - Pending family-based Form 1-485, Application to Register Permanent Resident or Adjust Status and:
• You filed your application with the USCIS Chicago
Lockbox, AND your receipt number begins with "MSC" or "IOE"
OR
• You filed your Form 1-485 with the immigration judge
⑵ (c) (9) - Pending employment-based Form 1-485
⑶ (c) (9) - Pending Form I-485 based on:
• An approved Form I-360 as a battered spouse/child/parent;
• T nonimmigrant status;
• U nonimmigrant status; or
As an abused spouse or abused child of a qualifying Cuban Adjustment Act of Nov. 2, 1966, eligible spouse or parent.

I-765 approved after 300 days! Too slow processing at National Benefits Center (NBC) Still waiting for i-485, i-130 decision. I've seen they are working on Aug-Sept. 23' cases now. Good Luck everyone!

Did anyone got this email after submitting an I-485 expedite request, and after speaking to someone from USCIS?? The officer was extremely nice and told me that I would hear from them mid next week. I asked Emma today about my I-485. An agent said my case transferred to Sacramento fo on 9/10/2024 and an immigration officer last worked on 10/1/2024.
