A prima Facia is a preliminary acknowledgement by USCIS of evidence you submitted for your case and that further investigation is still being done though it has benefits. However, if you don't have SSN, then you have to wait for USCIS to issue you a work permit or a benefit card which gives way for social security number. You can also ask you lawyer for more information if you have one.

@Allon God u can get a none work ssn with ur prima facia determination letter to get benefits base on your state you living , dss gave me a little to bring to social Security office i gotten a none authorization social Security number that number would be the same number when you get your work permit and your SS

I went to the social security office to see if I could get one but they said I have to wait so please what did you say to dss . And did they give you a note or something to bring it to the office please let me know so I go there Monday
