Still Waiting Since February 2021…..
I’m really stressed out about this situation. I’m still trying to hold it together, been waiting since 2021, and still nothing as yet. I contacted my congressman, White House, senator, they all came back with the similar reply from USCIS, due to the amount of workload we received, we are still trying to process your case as fast as possible….all generic responses. My case is outside of normal processing time, I did countless calls, Emma and inquires and still NOTHING!! I don’t know from this point onwards what to do now! :(

Waiting for the results of the required security checks
We are waiting on my dad's new oath ceremony date which got de-scheduled a day before his scheduled ceremony. CIS didn't say the reason to cancel his oath ceremony.
Back in Jan 2024 he applied for Travel Doc and, I think it was the FBI, they couldn't get through his finger prints after calling him twice for biometrics. Eventually our travel plans changed and we didn't pursue it. That application is still open and that's my only guess why it's getting delayed. But interestingly #N400 biometrics got cleared. We are confused.

Hi family, last night I faxed my assistance request to Congressman Chip Roy in Texas , to help for my long pending case over 955 days .
May I know is he the right person I should reach out , my case is handling in San Antonio TX field office ?
Anyone has similar experience can share with me ? it is really a long painful waiting , 35 days passed still no news after interview .

Cases in National Benefits Center ?
Hello everyone! is there anybody else that has their case in NBC? How are their processing times? What is the accurate filing date they’re working on? They waved my biometrics because I already had another process with them, I have SSN and work authorization. I saw a video of a girl that was approved in a month!!! that’s insane how fast some of them were approved so fast and I see many of you guys waiting for so long! I hope we all get an approved notification soon!
how long for I-485 approval after I-130 approval?
it has been 122 days since they approved my I-130. I also have I-601. any thoughts on my case on how long it is going to take? anyone in a similar situation?
