Its been 2.5 Years
Hi all, please help me understand, my Wife is a US citizen, I live with her and we are both in the US. She filled for me i130 & i485 and we havent heard from USCIS since. Is it normal or should i be worried. Our Case is at NBC. Its very depressing seeing other people get their Gcs in less than a year.
N400 Form. What Martial Status to Choose?
My wife and I have been separated because we’re going through rough time, but we still filed taxes together. The N400 form has an option for Marital Status "Separated". However, we live in Virginia, where there isn't a separation legal court order.
My fear if I put separated, they will request some type of court order or will assume that I should have one. What should I do? There is an option that asks if we live in the same address, and we’re planning to say no to that tho. #N400 #naturalization
EB1 Case Remain Pending (SWITCH)
hi! does anybody here with an EB1 visa with ‘Case Remain Pending’ status has been switched to ‘New card being processed’ in October? I’ve received my EAD card already. I’d like to calculate when I’m gonna receive my greencard. it’s been 71 days.

how long after this step of sending your response to RFE did you guys get a decision?
we are just waiting on this now, and the response back before we even got the letter in the mail because they uploaded online so it was super fast response to them, haven’t received anything back yet. is anybody else on these steps?
