My case transfer to National Benefits center and today i received rejection notice
My case transfer to National Benefits center and today i received notice saying visa is not available for your priority. Online status shows rejected your form because it was not filed correctly.
My lawyer has not received document case.
Has anyone faced this issue?? Don’t know how to deal with this issue. Do I have send all my documents again?

How do you afford yourself if you don’t have EAD while you waiting for VAWA approval?
I came to the US and got married with my ex, unfortunately it did not work out. I submitted I-765 along with VAWA on February 2023, and hasn’t been decided yet, which means I have been with no income. Is there anyone who is in the same situation as me? How do you live with that? I REALLY need EAD at least right now.

Any one has I485 transferred to a service center premium processing?
My case was transferred to another office and the notice said it is called California Service Center Premium Processing.
Has anyone had the same status or been transferred to other service center with Premium Processing in the end?
Trying to figure out what to expect with this status.
Agent told my that my case has been transferred to NBC from FO
I know my case has been in the LA office since March, today I asked an agent and he told me that my case is at the NBC and was never at the LA. I asked another agent afterwards and they told me that my case is at the LA office. I don’t know what this means or where my case is. I know when a decision is taken the case goes from the FO to the NBC, but there’s no decision on my case yet.
