US Citizen - Petition for Father (i-130) california service center
my lawyer filed I-130 USCIS received January 4,2023 and i got receipt notice. but i noticed that category is incorrect, showing petition for child instead of parent. they submitted a online inquire to changed category May 3,2023. august 30, 2023 actively reviewed by uscis. October 26, 2023 my paralegal message me and said USCIS said they cant see that i have a representative. my lawyer sent a new g-28 form on January 11, 2024. I called USCIS September 26, 2024 to check if they fix the category already but they cant give me any information that it got changed, and they told me that they can only see that i have a representative now. im still waiting for the decision. how long do i need to wait to get my case approve? its showing that my case is taking longer.
hey lawfully friends, this is my situation and I need to know your thoughts on this
i have an approve I130, my asylum case was administratively closed for over 5 years. Now, I have paroled into us with advance parole based on TPS not too long ago. I got with my lawyer and file a motion to dismiss. yesterday, I received a notice to appear in court for a master hearing. what does that mean people?

Just to share that I used USPS 1-2 days service to Elgin Lockbox regarding my I-485 & I-765 which they received on September 27th. Receipt notice was received by text message on October 2nd. I await the physical notice by mail.

Hi everyone one, my wife filed her I-824 for the Green Card in August 2023. It’s been 425 days since the filing date and we are still waiting for a response. Her case was transferred from the National Center in November 2023, but we never received the official notice related to the new location. Anybody in the same situation? #i824
