RFE timeline
Hi friends, i am waiting since 8 months for i-40 so far . is it a good sign that i still did not receive any RFE?

what’s your service center and PD?
in regards to your question, I don’t think there is a correlation to that.
I just believe that there is an important number of applications hence why the processing times have gone up lately.

not sure but i applied as F1 student for i-40 and the. i got H1B my university applied for on premium and that got approved in two days!
