@Jacob Needham You cannot request a transfer. Your best bet is a lawsuit when you fall outside of normal times.

my friend is in Vermont too and she has a child and the both got approved 2 weeks ago. They started the process around beginning of September. I really don’t understand how it works.What’s the rules.
