so~~~ I need some advices

I submitted my n400 last year when my 10 year green card was still pending. so the uscis hold my application for green card. this year when my 10 year green card approved, I upload it to the proton and called them do a case update. they respond me saying the case is still pending consideration. 

I met all the requirement for n400, but after a month of talk to them. there is no update for my current n400. 

should I resubmit another n400???

any ideas~
