The case has not yet been approved here. My question is, can I get a visa to be expedited? His situation is basically that he lives alone, his mother has health problems and is not qualified to take care of him, and this is affecting him psychologically.
The child is 17 and will be 18 in 3 months. Could this be a solid humanitarian reason? (Go to 2 category)

hey guys, i filed my i751 since June 2021, yet nothing happening. the only update i had is that my case was transferred to another jurisdiction and that was in Marsh 2024. anyone experiencing the same delay? is it normal ?
i reached out a couple of times to Uscis and after waiting 30 days the only notification i have gotten was “ we are actively reviewing your case “. i have requested case info 3 times and always the same answer
it’s really frustrating so please if anyone have an information or advice don’t hesitate to share with me. thank you

I got a text message and email that action has been taking on my case. I opened up my USCIS online acccount, checked the documents and found out that USCIS uploaded RFE notice that they have issued and sent before and which I have responded. is it possible for USCIS to send the same RFIE twice? anyone has idea what this means?

hey guys , I was told by a family Member that because of my husbands job (military) my I-130 would be processed faster than usual … is there any truth to this ? my documents were submitted on September 9 and 4 days later we got the receipt notification and online it says processing time is 4 months is that valid ?

hello lawfully people… so today I received several notifications on both forms .1485 went into active review on the 2nd October and today again. when I checked spouse account aproval notice i130) and the for the i485 the sent a RFE but its the same one from last February requesting 1864….. my question is would they approve 130 if they needed that or it’s an error? I have not done medical yet… any input would be greatly appreciated TIA
