Wao gracias a Dios ya estamos en el Departamento de estado para continuar con los 6 pasos 🙏 este diciembre ha sido de mucha alegría para mi y mi familia por estas aprobaciones y envíos al departamento de estado para procesar la visa.

It's been a full 365 days since “Actively Reviewed”., marking one year of “active engagement” LOL, (Case sitting in someone’s desk)!
And… it’s been ~402 days since the initial submission.
Crossing fingers for the positive outcome & promptly adjudication of my case, that’s all.

still no biometrics request
I’m very close to the 200 day mark from my receipts of filing at Nebraska. I received my Prima Facie fairly quickly and only My EAD & AP were transferred to Vermont also early on. My category is under C9, what is taking so long for a biometrics request? my lawyer has been amazing and even he has had difficulty getting in touch with USCIS, after a month of him trying to inquire has just received a note saying they are processing his inquiry which he stated from his experience will take another 30 days. Majority of ppl with my similar timeline, office and exact filing have already submitted biometrics.

Hi everyone,
I got my case staus updated yesterday saying USCIS sent me RFE for my pending I-485 . how long it takes to get physical rfe in my mailbox. My priority date is August 2020. What the rfe could be ?I have already prepared my medical package ready just Incase if it is. I would highly appreciate if anyone share their thoughts , information and experiences.
