processing time
So the average time for approved is 4 years or what? I’m really tired of this, 4 months of new FY with no movement speed.

@Th Ng Partner, Buddy forget about the process and move on with your life. The only guarantee we have is that it will be completed eventually. Complaining about being tired won’t help at all. Stay positive, and soon you’ll have your green card. People here complain too much; before starting your process, you had no light at the end of the tunnel. Even if it takes four years, the important thing is that in four years, you’ll be a permanent resident.

employment based or family ? 485 or 765? employment based 485 has an average time of 7 months but 80% processing time is much longer (dependent upon what’s your field office , search for USCIS processing times in google)
