Premium Processing for Vawa
Hi folks,
Is there anyone who did premium processing for Vawa to expedite by paying 2805$ , and heard anything back?
My lawyer did it for me, and even I confirmed it with uscis and they said yes you can do it, So technically with Premium processing we can expedite I-765 , So we did it with Category C-31 where they have to give decision for I-360 too, And my lawyer did it for other clients too with success, USCIS confirmed that receipts were sent and fees were received for premium processing.

asylum removal proceedings dismiss
I have a pending Vawa and I’m in removal proceedings because of asylum denied in 2017 when my lawyer file a Vawa case he file advance perole full package. but after a eight month I got my work permit but not advance perole it’s show till today ( case was update to fingerprint were taken )
after that my lawyer file a joint motion to reopen and dismiss removal proceedings after submit within 10 days I got dismiss my removal proceedings .
any one suggestion what I can do with my pending advance perole ? do you guys think I have to refile ?
or I have to send my dismissal order to uscis ?

What are Expected timelines for EAD renewal ?

While my GC is in process, GC interviews done pd Nov 2022 India, my EAD expires in May 2025 and need to file for renewal - am planning to file in Dec 2024. How long does the renewal usually take ? Please share your experience/ guidance so that Incan plan accordingly.- Thanks in advance
Can I Apply for a U.S. Student Visa (F-1) While My Spouse Visa (I-130) Is Pending?

I’m currently in a bit of a situation and would appreciate some advice or insights.
My spouse (a U.S. green card holder) has filed an I-130 petition for me under the F2A category, which is still pending. At the same time, I’m considering applying for a U.S. student visa (F-1)to pursue my education in the U.S.
I’m concerned about whether applying for an F-1 visa while my spouse visa is pending could create complications. Here are a few questions I have:
1. **Dual Intent**:
Since the F-1 visa is a non-immigrant visa, will the consulate question my immigrant intent because of the pending I-130? Could this lead to an F-1 visa denial?
2. **Impact on Spouse Visa (I-130)**:
If my F-1 visa is denied, will this affect my spouse visa petition in any way? Could it cause delays or result in increased scrutiny on my case?
3. **Timing**:
Should I proceed with the F-1 visa now or wait until my spouse visa is processed to avoid any potential issues?
I’m eager to start my studies as I have study once I reach there and I don't want to waste my time
but also don’t want to complicate the spouse visa process.
Any experiences, insights, or legal advice would be really helpful!
