@survivor p , I am losing my mind , today is going to be 4 years my 485 pending, 10 months full my 360 approved. 10 minutes ago I talked with Tier two , he said just wait . I was telling him , uscis not updating they get my rfe , now is 70 days. In between if my medical was lost or they ask me for another rfe how do I know .

@hope hope if your medical was lost they will deny your I-485 but you have a proof that you sent it, so anyway they would reinstate. BUT I am sure they didn’t lose it. I know it is hard to wait (same to me) but I would recommend not to talk to them until end of January and to wait

@survivor p , lots of mistakes, two ead c31 , missing rfe , wrong country of birth, I am scared, if they ask me to be attend for interview, again online account didn’t update, me and atterny didn’t get interview notice , what will happen? i saw some members got interview without update.

@ no c31 my Vawa was approved in July. August I received RFE for medicals. they received it on the 27th of August. yesterday I received a notification fir another RFE not sure what it is now patiently waiting.

@Chichi Chilembo it's funny that people say you get your C31 when your Vawa is approved but u got it 6 months before your approved Vawa. At least now I know that can happen. And congratulations 👏🎉 on your Vawa and EAD soon you will have your GC in hand 😁

I have similar situation but mine I haven't receive rfe, but my lawyer told me that they sent, when I check online my account I don't see notification for rfe..how did u see your rfe notification ?

@Kaya don both my apps Lawfully and Case tracker sent me notifications

yes C9 took long by the way my police clearance from one of the states I lived in took over 3 months I thought my Vawa will be approved in January 2025 because they said they stopped working on my case. thank God it was approved 👏👏👏

No, I did not receive RFE yet, I called for an info pass for i485 last week, agent said that my case was transferred to NBC and no further details, and my case is over period of time she sent my case for the response I should receive response from them within 60 days. and congrats you almost there @Chichi Chilembo

Hey everyone I just wanted to give you an update on my RFE it’s I-864 to my surprise they sent 3 RFE for I-864 with different dates smh when I spoke to my lawyer he will just respond to one. thank you every one as soon as I get my Green Card I will keep you posted. Good lucky! God is our strength.

@Chichi Chilembo someone just posted on community and saying u can get C31 before approval but everyone say he lying. His name is "cape boy" he posted about the C31 being approved on the Vawa. Everyone commenting saying it can't be true.
