k3 visa!!!
hello everyone, its been months since USCIS hasn’t updated anything about the case, now we are thinking of filling k3 visa . Will this makes our case move a bit faster?

You can still file since you are losing anything by filling but I think it works better when filled a month or two after the i130 filling

you can try and its for free, we just recently filed k3 last nov 29... so far we haven't received any significant changes yet in our case since its holidays season but hoping to get some good news

I have the same case, in the same place. But my I129F was submitted on January 23. 1-130 July. Still nothing, in Nebraska
