N-400 Denied
Hi guys, just wanted an opinion about N-400 case.
My husband's N-400 naturalization case was denied due to insufficient evidence about taxes. It shows to them like from 2022 to 2025 he owed like 1,500 dollars per year which is not true cuz he is very organizied with payments and everything on time. At IRS account everything is 0. So I don't know what might be the problem. Any experience ?

04/24/26 primary api time update, 8 minutes later secondary api time update, 2nd FTa1. 27 minutes later primary FTA1, 40 minutes later primary last update time update.
04/27/26 NOID posted to primary portal.
04/29/26 attorney update response online, received update immediately. HAA and status change to NOiD response received.
06/02/26 primary API silent update
06/02/26 primary api silent update again, secondary silent update 5 minutes later.
07/07/26 NOiD response time update to 07/07/26 secondary 3rd fta1, primary 3rd fta1.
07/20/26 both api silent update, ask Emma said primary approve, secondary still processing
07/21/26 primary approve notice received, secondary follows in 30 minutes.
All update time listed above are business hours.
NOID is just missing evidence(although included in original package) and contains an error from USCIS side. Attorney made a professional response. #EB2 #Hartford

it’s gonna sit for a while again ? they finally touched my file after my interview .. is it a regular proceedure or steps to decision ? all my other cases are same as “ currently processing your case “ . .. what would be next status ?

H1H4&H4 EAD filed in premium processing
Hi
We filed all three applications in premium processing. H1B got approved. H4 was rejected due to improper filing. H4 EAD is still in process with biometrics done.
Also we filed H4 COS in march with old H1B and its still in case received status because old employer didnt revoke old H1B yet.
What should we do now? Should we use old H4 or refile new H4 to get EAD faster?
Please suggest!

I am still 2 months behind to be current, filed 25th march and RD 25 April, bio done 20 may. Silent update on 9th June, afterwards nothing. I haven’t heard from them regarding EAD or anything. Case is at NBC. When do i expect to hear about EAD at-least for me and my wife (dependent)?
NVC Backlog - Anyone else seeing it stuck?
Hi everyone,
I’ve been tracking NVC’s document review backlog and the progress has been very slow lately:
• June 1: 21 days
• June 8: 28 days
• June 15: 5 days
• June 22: 14 days
• June 29: 21 days
• July 6: 26 days
• July 13: 33 days
• July 20: 40 days
Since June 22 it has barely moved (only from June 8 to June 10).
Is anyone else noticing this stagnation in NVC review times recently? Is this normal for this period or is there any additional info (higher volume, internal changes, etc.)?

Hi everyone. As I’ve heard from many people, your USCIS case is no longer visible in your online account. The same happened to me. Today, for the first time, a Live Agent told me that my case is currently being reviewed by an immigration officer. Has anyone else received the same response? If so, what happened afterward?
