H1H4&H4 EAD filed in premium processing
Hi
We filed all three applications in premium processing. H1B got approved. H4 was rejected due to improper filing. H4 EAD is still in process with biometrics done.
Also we filed H4 COS in march with old H1B and its still in case received status because old employer didnt revoke old H1B yet.
What should we do now? Should we use old H4 or refile new H4 to get EAD faster?
Please suggest!
