Hi everyone. As I’ve heard from many people, your USCIS case is no longer visible in your online account. The same happened to me. Today, for the first time, a Live Agent told me that my case is currently being reviewed by an immigration officer. Has anyone else received the same response? If so, what happened afterward? I have completed every stage of my case, now I’m just waiting for the final decision. Thank you! #PD10/5/21 #IndianapolisFO

My case is still visible. Just not any of the old cases like the EAD that has been issued. But the I485 remains visible.

Did you ask the agent if an officer was reviewing your case or they just told you without being asked?

answered my questions: Your case is currently being reviewed by an immigration officer. At this time, nothing further is required from you. We will contact you when a decision has been made on your case or if anything else is needed from you
