student visa changes
hi everyone ,
Student visa rule is changed ,I have still 5 month behind the final action date ,I was just wondering once file I -485 is good ?
Do you guys have any idea ?
The rule is 4 year ,but EB3 process takes almost 6-7 years. this New rule will effect process?

the D/S student rule activates on 15th September, so you are good. Now date which is important is on your I-20(program end date)
