Help me understand what’s going on
the visa bulletin is out and my PD is June 10 2019 I’m still not approved yet I’m not from a ban country. what are the steps I need to take now . please give me some answers 🙏🙏

If you've been waiting since June 10, 2019 your I-130 is taking much longer than normal. It's a good idea to contact USCIS and ask about your case.
When you check your case status online what does it say?
Which country the beneficiary was born in?

The filing date is still January 1st, 2019. You are still 6 months away, but technically you should have been reviewed already. What is you country?

@Shan Li There are people in this thread waiting since 2018 and thay are still not approved. Did they make any effort to find out with USCIS what is going on with their case, I don’t know. I would file a mandamus inquiry if I were them.

uscis adjudicates around when your priority date is current . if you are 2019 then your approval will be around a year from today.
