Just filled the mandamus pro se,need help with last step
hello everyone, I just filed the mandamus pro se , my case was approved 2024 , medical rfe sent 2 years ago , I still didn't get interview or decision, I just filed a mandamus suit. , paid 405$ and court gave me summons and case number and everything, I am confused with last part when making packet for each defendants I add summons 1st , empty proof of service page 2 , then complete mandamus complaint and last exhibits list in complaint, my question is do I send all exhibits proof too or just list ? priority mail is good for serving them ?
My case is F2A inside the U.S. for children under 21. I had interview on May 18. But then I got I765 approval in the next day. How long I might get my green card approve?

We have taken an action on your case” but I can’t find anything on my USCIS account. I keep looking every hour but nothing has changed. Anyone else have any idea what this means? or in the same situation?? thank you!

I filed i765 c9 on May 7. I haven’t received my receipt notice yet but I want to know any recent personal experience pls? I also completed biometrics last year April. Will I need to retake biometrics ?

A couple days ago, I found that my employment-based case status changed from "being processed" to "actively reviewed". I spoke with a live agent and was informed that my I-485 got transferred to Newark FO and that my interview got waived.

VAWA PENDING SINCE MARCH 2022
Hello guys, in June 2025 i filed for EAD under C09 category which was approved 4 days ago and the card is being produced. I have a pending i-485 pending since September 2021 and VAWA pending since March 2022. Does the EAD approved mean anything towards my pending cases? I have received about 7 primafacies with the latest one a month ago. No RFE yet. please share your experiences

After submitting Civil Documents, I received an email from NVC that states, “The National Visa Center (NVC) received all of the fees, forms, and documents that are required prior to scheduling your immigrant visa interview at a U.S. Embassy overseas.
NVC will work with the U.S. Embassy/Consulate General in Montreal, Canada to schedule an interview appointment for you. Once we have confirmed an interview date, we will send a notice to you, your petitioner, and attorney (if applicable).”
Does this mean I can consider myself to be “Documentarily Complete”? I asked because nowhere in the email did they use the word Documentarily Complete, as was the case with other people that I have seen.
