priority mail 3 days after approval card was mailed to me and 2 days later my lawyer received my card.

can you tell me when you submite your medical and birth certificate and when you got approved @blessed nikay thanks.

@Maria Kaprin I posted the questions already. but nevertheless.. please be ready to do your fingerprints there on spot, to run background check, they asked all the questions on the 1 485 application yes or no answers. what country are you from.. name and date of birth, bring original copies of birth certificate etc. what is the name of your law firm and and lawyer. did your lawyer encourage you or tell you to file for vawa.. answer NO.. i was interview by a paralegal at the law firm who typed up my declaration .. he asked how did you sign your declaration and papers seeing your lawyer is out state..i said it was sent to me by priority mail i went over it signed it personally and sent it back priority mail to the law office... how did you hear about the lawyer you used. . where do u live where do u work. how many kids u have with the US citizen..oh u claim u was in an abusive marriage is that so? I said yes sir. at most he was going through my file. page by page etc.

@Maria Kaprin he kinda did. when he said in quote you claim you was in a abusive relationship. is that so?. And I answered yes! that's just about it. but no questions on abuse .

@Stone Mac why your lawyer got green card? why it didnot came to you directly?

@S B because I was going to move from my abusive husband address and I requested that they send all my documents to my attorney.
