@ashutosh singh thanks for the response.So you got approved before your sons biometrics. Our response was delivered on May 15th, still no update. Our daughter’s biometric was on May 15th.

@CK Ram so your current status shows Response received? My RFE response was delivered on May 13th, and the status still says, RFE sent. They haven’t changed the status to response received yet.

@ashutosh singh @Put T @GC long @J Z @CK Ram I know someone who got approved today. His RFE was issued 23 april, his response delivered on May 18. it looks like Sacramento FO is opening up and approving cases.

I never heard back from my congressman whether they reached iut to USCIS or not, but I would like to believe that it helped. The approval came through one week after I mailed the congressman.

@Put T congratulations. I have seen your post. Here still no update. Have u raised any inquiry after sending the rfe response?

thank you so much! hoping yours comes through soon too since Sacremento FO seems to be active again. And yes i think the inquiry helped - my company lawyers filed an SR mid June when the rfe response delivery was not reflected in any status - USCIS wrote back last week saying they're working on the case as resources become available and then a week after I saw the approval.

@GC long have you checked your case status? Because in lawfully, GC long’s timeline shows that your I 485 is approved on July 10th.
