Just filled the mandamus pro se,need help with last step
hello everyone, I just filed the mandamus pro se , my case was approved 2024 , medical rfe sent 2 years ago , I still didn't get interview or decision, I just filed a mandamus suit. , paid 405$ and court gave me summons and case number and everything, I am confused with last part when making packet for each defendants I add summons 1st , empty proof of service page 2 , then complete mandamus complaint and last exhibits list in complaint, my question is do I send all exhibits proof too or just list ? priority mail is good for serving them ?

@prazzi S my case was approved September 2024, medical March 2025. No update since, I asked the lawyer about a Mandamus she said am still within processing time. I asked her whats the processing time and she couldn't even give me a good answer. Am just stressed bcuz I have only 3 months left on my c31 ead. Refiled in March still no receipt notice. I really dnt know whats going on.

@Love ❤️ why don’t you apply for EAD c09 since your i485 is pending. my vawa was approved in February 2024. got RFE for i485, sent response to them in August 2024 since then no movement. I contacted my congressman to follow up, Uscis said they should give them 60days, after that 180days saying case is under background check. after that another 180 days again sayin case is at the field office, it’s past 180days now and congressman is yet to hear from them. in the meantime I applied for c09 and I got approved for 5 years. now my c31 has expired in February of this year and my renewal is still pending(although I applied for renewal a couple of weeks ago, I fact I didn’t want to but I had to because of everything going on, I want to get the deferred action reinstated). it’s been over 2 years my vawa was approved and I’m yet to get a decision on my i485

@vc f there are few really good people on reddit shared templates i used those , I did not use lawyer. I tried to hire few but after talking to few I figured it better if I do my own research, in the end court has pro se room that can help just a bit
