Dependent didn’t receive green card

Can you share your experience if you applied asylum as a couple and then the primary applicant received the green card three weeks ago.. but dependent is still waiting, status is stuck as “interview rescheduled” 45 days ago.. requests for missing interview notice, outside normal processing have been already raised.

Did anyone got approval of I 130 spouse based for March 2024? California service center.

Hello, I found a joint sponsor but he's a self employed. now what documents are needed to submit to the USCIS except IRS transcripts?

#I got an advise. My interview was canceled because I go to 11 and my wife can go with me and they said the read schedule but I’m still waiting for the new date but yesterday I got my watches canceled. Anybody know how long that will take for reschedule. We’re giving approved

March 2024 I-130 Approvals – Any Updates?

Have any members here had their I-130 cases from March 2024 approved recently? If so, could you please share your filing date? I’d appreciate any updates to better understand the current processing timeline. Thank you!

I filed Forms I-360, I-485, and I-765 together. I just received the I-360 receipt notice three months after submission, but I haven’t received any notices for the I-485 and I-765. Has anyone had a similar experience? How long did it take to receive the other receipts?

hii when do we think our PD will become current to file for i485. PD may/june 2023. the VB is moving faster. do we have hope to become current before October.

hi guys i just had my interview yesterday, it was smooth however there were questions that i wasnt able to answer correctly such as my wifes daughters name of school. i recieve a notification today via email however there is no update online yet. i felt that i did not do well on the interview

Does the case analysis ranking really give the correct info ? My current ranking shows 26th, What should I expect?

Guys I just received another notification from USCIS that they have taken action on our case, remember I told you guys that I got notification that they have receive the RFEs? I’m really hoping that they are working on it very fast🤞

For those who used lawyers to file I 130 ,when the case is approved does lawyers continue the case or the petitionner did the rest? Mine seems not to be active ,I am trying to decide to do the rest myself or if I will be loosing money I paid. Thank you
