If i never received a notice of action, just a receipt through text message for i 140 petition. Can I use that as a supporting document to bump my petition from regular to premium? Any Advice

I got a second RFE?!

After receiving a request for initial evidence for my EB-1 I-485 last month I just found out they sent another RFE for both initial and additional evidence. Haven't received it yet so I'm freaking out a little. Has this happened to anyone else on EB-1? What was the RFE about?

Immunization records for I-693

I had to fulfil a set of immunizations when getting my F1 student visa. These records came from doctors in my home country. Do I need to show the same records for my medical exam for I-693? I can’t seem to find them anymore
