I wed help I want to bring my children to USA
My two children live in the Dominican Republic. When I submitted the Vawa case in 2021, they were 17 and 10.
In May 2024, my I360 Vawa application was approved, and in December 2024, my I485 GC application was approved.
So, at the end of May 2024, I submitted Form I824 for my children to be approved via the Dominican Republic consulate.
Now my children are 22 and 15. The USCIS website says the Form I824 processing time is 17 months, and it's only 12 months away. What do you think? What should I do?
Do you think I can bring them here they have tourist visas, and then submit the I485 for them here would be faster? Thank you family.

I have a question regarding my upcoming interview.
I have been working with my sponsoring employer for almost 3 years at the salary mentioned in the I-140 petition. However, while my employer has remained the same, I switched clients about 2 months ago. During this transition, there was a gap of approximately 17–18 days between assignments.
Currently, I am earning about 33% less than the salary stated in the I-140. That said, my employer intends to pay me the full salary as specified in the I-140 once my green card is approved.
Will this discrepancy or the recent gap in client assignment affect the approval of my I-485 application?
Thank you in advance for your insights.

RFE: does uscis tend to request it?
I have pending I-130 and i-485; both biometrics and the interview got cancelled for us. cases are being actively reviewed.
I went through applications and realised that I got confused and did not cover the whole address history period that was required from me, not whole 5 years. The history of addresses outside of the US needs extension on both 130A and 485.
Has anyone made mistakes like this? My question is - should I be proactive and enclose a letter online, or is it a better option to leave things as is and wait for RFE (if it turns out to be necessary)?
finally
Dear group, my wait is over, finally today, May 14, they approved my residency, I wish you with all my heart that the day of your approval comes soon, do not stop having faith in God. Complete package June 2020, vawa arpovada November 2023, medical exams April 2024, background May 2024, thousands of inquiries and messages to the congressman and senator, the last thing I did was send a letter to the local office (Nashville, TN) where I said the fear and desperation I felt, the delay in my case was a lot, that was 3 weeks ago, I hope it helps, God bless you.
