Over one year of waiting for an NOA2. I as the petitioner completed biometrics the first week of February 2026. Radio silence since then. No criminal record of any sort, former military (with honorable discharge). Fiancé is not from a “banned” country. In case you’ve been waiting on approval just remember there are those like me who are beyond the processing times of 80% of cases. Good luck to you all.

I-485 green card interview finished today
I just finished my green card interview today it went really smooth the officer just put me on the oath and then she asked a few questions regarding my application mostly yes/no questions and confirmed my employment status. that was all , . after the interview she gave me a white letter which stated this you have just completed your interview. USCIS is unable to complete your case at this time your case is being continued until the final decision can be made. Please see below for further explanation.

Hi all, I am a VAWA applicant currently waiting for my I-485 approval.I just realized a mistake on my form i485 unauthorized employment was checked "No." However, I actually worked without an EAD between 2020 and 2022 due to gaps ，and I reported tax every year , Should I have my lawyer mail a correction package to USCIS ahead of time, or should I just wait until the interview to correct it in person?If anyone has been in a similar situation, please share your experience or advice. I have a court coming up in a month in July “master calendar hearing” as I’m in removal proceedings and I was out on a bond, my i-130 has been pending for 15 months :(

EB-5 I-131 waiting over 15 months
I applied EB-5 HUA concurrently in March 2025, got my EAD in Aug 2025, but my AP got stuck on “fingerprint taken” since may 2025.
I reached out to my congressman a month ago but didn’t receive any update.
Anyone has similar timeline? tried something work for this situation? thanks!
