I suggest you not to apply at all. There are so many cases pending that if you apply now it will take more than a decade. Also if you are from the banned country then please keep in mind that your home counselor office is already backlogged with cases. Again if you still want to apply, there are many that will have an employee ready for you. They are all the same.

@rameez iqbal this process has no guarantee and if any firm guarantees you 100% they are lying. This whole eb process requires time, patience, financial investment and mostly importantly luck.

i’m very surprised with the ppl who says do not apply!!! for real we all know the process would take a very long time and its difficult i still see this visa category is very useful for the ppl who want to immigrate legally and do it in the right way!!! yes it has ban and pause and all these drama but this will not last forever. my opinion do your research and know that the process its taking 4 to 6 years.

@Talkie Tag after the 70 countries ban is lifted by next president in 2029 this catagory is going to retrogress to 2021 so 4-6 years timeline is void, its gonna be a decade wait for anyone with PD afterwards of 2023.

reality is harsh this category is pretty much done after this consulate paused, just check how many 485 are approved for this FY for AOS they are not even using 10% visas.

@Talkie Tag completely disagree! when I started this process BDV told me that I will get my green card in 2 years. It’s been 5. There are so many cases pending right now that even thinking on a positive side of someone applys right now they will get green card after a decade. I just gave my 2 cents to apply or not it’s on @rameez iqbal hand. I agree that this is a legal way to green card but is expensive and time consuming.
