Hi guys. what will I already submitted my documents at NVC. then now I want to move from the address that I put on my husband ds260. what should I do please help.

got my i-130 approval in feb and they sent my receipt to nvc though i thought that only happens if spouse is abroad since we are both in USA so how long to get a letter from nvc..

in advance payroll we can travel did any body get any problem yet share your experience

Hi everyone, I am spouse of lawful permanent resident. i have pending I 130 (vermount service centre) filed by my wife a year ago while i was outside usa in my home country. current status shows that they are actively reviewing my case as of february 2022. i am currently in USA in B2 visitor visa. because of some family condition i have to stay with my wife. so can i apply for adjustment of status now? how long does it take to receive EAD and travel permit after applying for status of adjustment? If anyone have been through this phase please help me suggesting how you did it. Thank you #I130, #I485, #I765 and I131

i received my ead today! but it is not valid for entry to usa which is strange.

I filed my I-290 be to reopen reconsider because i missed the interview i filed last year in Febuary 2021 and still waiting my i551 stamp also has expired and they won't allow me to get a new one because i have I290B pending not sure how long the process is
