expedite request
I contacted a congressman to expedite our case F2A spouse due to medical reason. USCIS replied to them with this message: Your constituent's case was approved for expeditious process. However, the case cannot be adjudicated at this time. Please follow up with our office in 60 days. We're a bit confuse. What does it means? Do we need to wait for another 60 days for a decision? Anyone here who received the same response? TIA!

They are stating that your expedite request was approved however they cannot make a decision on you case at the moment. So you have to wait 60days after you receive that letter then contact them if there hasn’t been a decision made before.
