Typically you should get an answer back within a year. If you have a attorney they should intervene!!! I put mine in June 2021…..nothing yet. I also put in my 2nd application just to be on the safe side and have an interview next week while I haven’t heard back on 290b yet.

No, not for 290b. 1st - 290b and second was a re-file with the right documents.

if i refile the 290 be i may have to wait even longer thats my fear and right now all my documents are expired

I’m confused…..you don’t re-file 290b. You file a whole new application. I’m in my 7th month and already have an interview with the 2nd filing.

I have the same issue i filed for the 290B Feb 2021 and still have not heard anything at all my 551 stamo also expired and they wont allow me to get a new one because if a pending 290 B am worried why its taking so long and i am not able to work due yo rxpired documents any advice would help
