I-130 at different office for my family
Hi friends
As Green holder I applied for my wife and my sons in July 07,2020
Now that I become a us citizen, because each member of my family need his own I-130 so I filled out 3 others I-130 for my 3 sons
Question.
Why on the receipt notice, it saying that my sons cases went to Taxes office center or for my wife is at California center.
So please help me understand that.
Cause I am scared that Uscis doesn’t approve all my family on the same time.
Inquiry
I have an approved R1. and will be eligible for green card by March next year. However I just qualified for EB1A and EB2 green card. Can I file any of the EB visa and still have my R1 active until my approval? Or will it become inactive the moment I File EB

Family based Greencard
Hi,
My wife has applied for her citizenship (Neutralization) and still awaiting interview (been 6 months from NC). We recently got married (1 month ago) I am planning to apply for my Green card through her but I have a dilemma. Should I wait until she is a full citizen and then apply or should I apply now and not wait for her citizenship? Also I have heard that I can use the receipt she received while applying her citizenship and when she actually becomes citizen, I can get my process expedited. Need suggestions, Thank you in advance.

K1 expedite approved but with a catch
hello everyone.
my expedite request for I-129f K1 petition got approved and it’s been 11 days since, because my fiancé is in Ukraine and with the whole situation that’s in there is just terrible. From lawfully and other K1 communities I saw that others that have their fiancés in Ukraine got their expedites approved also and even after couple days got their NOA2 decision.
I have contacted USCIS and I asked them why it’s taking so long for my case to receive decision and they said basically that they even cant guarantee those 45 days period that my case gonna get NOA2. but they said that they are prioritizing those ukrainian cases.so that that kinda inhumane if you ask me, why then even have expedite if they can’t guarantee that they gonna approve petiton throughout those 45 days.
So what’s your guys timeframe since your expedite got approved and then your NOA2 decision for K1 visa? thank you!
