N400 DENIED
Hallo everyone!
My spouse's N 400 just got denied today.What a sad day.We were hoping to upgrade our cases after naturalization.So he was petitioned for by his parent as an unmarried son of a u.s citizen and was given a visa as such.Before he went to america we got married and so they say that he was married on admission and so was not eligible for the visa he acquired.We didn't know that we were not supposed to get married before he got admitted to the states.Anyone know how we can go about this? It's really stressfull😭😭
i 131 denied
i had two AOS filings with different 1-140 eb2 & eb3 eb2 i -140 was denied however I received a combo card EAD/AP.
eb3 i-140 was approved, EAD card mailed but i-131 denied. reason they gave is “based on our records, we already issued advanced parole and sent as part of EAD card. (here they referenced my i-131 case number from the first filing.
sorry its confusing but i want to understand if i can use this i-131 for traveling.(knowing that this is attached to a denied i-140)
also is i-131 tied to i-140 at all?

I would like to know how to report my taxes in that case?
Now , I went to do them and they told me that as a single woman because my husband does’t have an SSN, I do not know if it can affect us later in our petition.

Hello everyone, just since July 6 I made the application for my mom and my stepfather and since July 9 My stepfather is waiting and is being actively reviewed by uscis and my mom in December also changed her status to that she was being actively reviewed by uscis uscis let's hope it doesn't take so long. my stepfather's case was in the California Service Center and my mother in Vermont today I called uscis and they told me that they transferred my stepfather's case to Vermont with my mother, THIS IS FRUSTRING 😩😩😩
