just call USCIS case from February 11 2021 they say my case is waiting for an officer to be assign to it 😭😭😭😭 I never imagine this process to be so long and stressful!!!

my case is 449days . I called and was told it was assigned to a officer on 03/11. Let’s be hopeful.

@Marcy R it's a visa that isn't really granted but it's said to speed up the CR1 process.

they give conflicting information every time I call. you are not alone !!! I’ve had agents saying that background check is complete, others said we can’t give any information, other said all they see that my case is pending! some said you should get a decision within 2-4. days!!!!

type in google uscis contact center and call. when the robot answers say information pass and you will be able to speak to an officer

my case took 9 months just in line for a USCIS officer to review it!! and only this month they approved my case!!! file on Dec 10, 2019!! #I130!! don’t loose hope everybody case is different!!
