yes I did, they wrote to USCIS and they replied them the same thing they have been replying me for years now, saying they will get back to them in three months time.

EAD- the two lawyers I spoke to told me the same thing, saying they can't do nothing until a decision is made on my Case, then they can start from there.

my brother . do Infopass and demand to talk to teir 2 officer . they will tell you exactly what is wrong it’s not normal . is ur wife a citizez as at the time u file you petition? if not then you have no choice than to wait

Edwin Clark- yes my wife is a Citizen born and raised. and I have also demanded for teir office 2020 and spoke to him,, all he said was my case is till on pending going through background check. he was the one that advice us to go to our congress man.
