We have different NVC case numbers
regarding the documents and payment in the CEAC site, so my mother (petitioner living in the US) already submitted all the documents and fees with my father's CEAC account last year, however just last month we (in the Philippines) received a mail with our credentials for us siblings (different case numbers for each of us) to log in to the CEAC site so when I logged in to my account it only shows my name and my mom's name and it states there "Pay Now" and "Start Now". What do we need to do? Thank you so much
Spouse Based Green Card
While filing my I-130 and I-485 concurrently (my spouse is a citizen), I see the Alien Registration Number (A-number). How do I get that number while filing both of these forms together? I have previous EAD through my STEM OPT which also has the A# number, should I use that or just leave it blank while submitting these 2 documents?
Frustated
I filed my I-765 in February along with the I-912 waiver. It will be two months since I filed on April 7th and I am yet to receive a receipt. I have called multiple times , written a letter and even tried to set up an appointment for which they emailed me this morning saying I don’t meet the criteria. I don’t know what else to do.
Traveling outside the US while VAWA is still on the process
I have parole travel document and would like to use it to other destination. I intended to travel Philippines but didn't get the chance to, instead I plan to travel to Mexico for a short vacation. Since my VAWA case is still on the process (prima facie determination was granted) is there any complications or consequences if I travel and what about my entry?
I 765 EAD RECEIPT
How long did it take for people who received IOExxx receipt on EAD to get the second receipt with the category showing the 180days extension. My job is holding my spot for me to produce the receipt with extension. But I don’t know what’s going on. I have never faced this situation in renewing my EAD. If by Friday I don’t have the receipt my job is gone.

N400 DENIED
Hallo everyone!
My spouse's N 400 just got denied today.What a sad day.We were hoping to upgrade our cases after naturalization.So he was petitioned for by his parent as an unmarried son of a u.s citizen and was given a visa as such.Before he went to america we got married and so they say that he was married on admission and so was not eligible for the visa he acquired.We didn't know that we were not supposed to get married before he got admitted to the states.Anyone know how we can go about this? It's really stressfull😭😭
