We have different NVC case numbers
regarding the documents and payment in the CEAC site, so my mother (petitioner living in the US) already submitted all the documents and fees with my father's CEAC account last year, however just last month we (in the Philippines) received a mail with our credentials for us siblings (different case numbers for each of us) to log in to the CEAC site so when I logged in to my account it only shows my name and my mom's name and it states there "Pay Now" and "Start Now". What do we need to do? Thank you so much

for each beneficiary there’s a different case number and separate fee has to be paid. you need to follow instructions in the email for each beneficiary

But when checking my dad’s account it says that we had already paid, and when check my account it says that we have not paid yet

she paid for all, so when opening my dads account all of our names says “paid”
