Frustated
I filed my I-765 in February along with the I-912 waiver. It will be two months since I filed on April 7th and I am yet to receive a receipt. I have called multiple times , written a letter and even tried to set up an appointment for which they emailed me this morning saying I don’t meet the criteria. I don’t know what else to do.

Maybe they want you to pay?
Probably they meant you do not meet criteria to be waived
