does k3 work?
my husband has filed i 130 on September 29 2021. I'm overseas. we got actively reviewing on Feb 22 2022. do you think applying a k3 would speed up the process? am I too late to apply for a k3 (129f)? any people who filed k3- please do share your experiences? service centre for i130 -texas.

hey gys I’m in removal proceding I was waiting for my interview Uscis updated the account with case reopen: Motion to reconsider our decision denied and reopen the case I spoke to my lawyer this morning he said he knows about the denied but it wasn’t him filling the the motion to reconsider Uscis doing it on their own.do you guys know anything about that? any answer is welcome guys

ssn after EAD
hi guys, I received my EAD on March 4th, but haven’t received my SSN yet, I called my local office they said that the number was established on Feb 25th (when my case was approved), how long does it take to receive SSN? I was asking for appointment but they refused to set it up until 30 days passed after my approval 😑 don’t know what to do 😩 any suggestions? I really need it to file my taxes and start my job 🥲
K1 processing time increased again
Well it now shows 10 to 13 months processing time and USCIS shows they are processing cases in February. However many people in March 2021 have been approved. I just can't anymore 😪

when does the processing time start becuz I filed may 26,2021 and got actively reviewing sep 24 2021 I tried expedite and it said it was not out of normal processing time

confused
I submitted my 1-130 June 23,2021. I was actively reviewed July 8th. I just check now and it say I have been actively reviewing again March 12th , 2022. Now I check in the documents section on my account and see approval. Nothing changed on lawafully and it hasn’t updated to approval just actively but I have the approval notice in my documents. what is going on and what is the next step?
