does k3 work?
my husband has filed i 130 on September 29 2021. I'm overseas. we got actively reviewing on Feb 22 2022. do you think applying a k3 would speed up the process? am I too late to apply for a k3 (129f)? any people who filed k3- please do share your experiences? service centre for i130 -texas.

they stop issuing K3 because of the backlog it’s basically the same time Frame as the i130

I saw on the texas Facebook page, a filler of january 2022 got approved,because he filled k3 also

@ happy wife hello we have similar stats, PD 0ct 8 , AR Feb 20, filed k3 3/15 . have you receive receipt notice. and what cc are you at. I was Nebraska transferred to Vermont

@happy wife I received a text w/receipt # .when your receipt comes can you tell me if they transferred you again? I wonder if I will be transferred from Vermont to Texas or Nebraska? rumor has it 3 weeks to 30 days we should.know something? wow this is hard! my husband is in Morroco where is yours? thanks for your response. please kmp

did you recall if when you sent in you i130 did they ask for a translated copy of your husband's birth certificate? Gosh... my brain is like fried eggs 🤪🤪🤪... also what's the fastest you've heard that they have responded to the k3 , have you heard any faster than 3 weeks? thanks hahahaha

@ Happy Wife I do not see that being something that would hold up things . I think you caught it in enough time.. I chatted with Emma and the rep said both my cases in Vermont..so FX for us both that we have our answer within 3 weeks. when you were told they both await. decision what verbiage did you use, did you just ask for an update on your cases? I promise the days get longer and longer 🤞😜

@Happy Wife..wow, when you say online, do you mean your online portal or online when you put the number in, nothing comes up? because my K3 case isnt showing up for me online either, my online account , but the other (i130)one is... hey let's turn it into a positive for you... they need to locate it, they find it and approve it : )))

@ Happy Wife yes yes , I misunderstood then. I was saying the actual receipt for the petition is not there , but I can see the case saying "received", online , sorry oopsy hehehe 😂. well I guess Ill start the countdown our Anniversary is 4/16 . I hope we have news soon isl.

@happy wife wow, hello! I think you were approved in March/ April right?! (USCIS). I finally received approval in July. wow , did you receive RFE? I submitted in July also do you know a group or site for NVC? also have you heard anyone taking less than 75 days? our time will be up around Oct 5th no word yet? I hope you hear something soon inshl
