I was deported once in Panama, but I forgot to mention it in my green card interview in the U.S. the officer who interviewed me bring it up and I denied it because I was unsure what deportation meant. My case is being waited and decion is pending. Can my case be denied, I am married to U.S citizen.
income requirements for sponsoring parents
Hi, I have a question. Can anybody please explain the income requirement for sponsoring parents to the united states? If only husband and wife live together and both are earning, then how would you determine household size? I know information is available online, but I am not getting it. If anybody knows the answer, please share. Thank you!
Filing for I-730
Can anyone please help me out with how long is my I-730 gonna take to process. It's being processed at the Texas Service Centre and it's been almost a year now. I have heard nothing from them. But I know someone and they recently applied for an expedite and their request got approved and their case was pending at the same service centre as mine. And theirs got approved in less than 7 months since the date of original application was filed. it's gonna be a year for me in the first week of May. Did anyone go through the similar process and can anyone please guide me on how to speed up the process. And also how long does it take after the approval for the interview to be scheduled at your local embassy. Please share your thoughts and experiences down below. May the Lord help us all. if I’m sending my adjustment of status package with fedex and I live in Florida which address should I ship it to? my lawyer put an address on it but it’s a P.O. Box address which means only usps can deliver to that address but I don’t wanna send my package with usps I wanna send it with fedex. can someone help with that
Uscis approved i-140 back in Dec 2021 and just recently updated the status to sent to State Dpt (NVC) on March 2022. How long shall I wait for NVC to receive the file from Uscis and create my case?
I hope to see comments and experiences regarding this matter as my employer have an approved i-140 and received the I797 notice of approval back in Dec 2021.
