removal proceedings
I have been in removal proceedings since 2016. due to an interview I missed from uscis because I did not get the interview letter. I married and my husband petition for me. my i130 has been approved since 2019 after interview. I have had my first hearing from immigration judge 2019.when my i130 was not approved covid pushed my hearing date to 2024. my attorney have filed several joint motion to terminate the proceedings but this one particular ice attorney keeps rejecting it.i have two us citizens kids with disabilities. is there any federal agency I can write to to bring a spot light to my case. I'm in texas and I contacted the senator Cruz office but they wrote back and said they can't help

I remarried and got divorced before my conditional removal due to abuse so when I filed to removal conditions ,uscis accept my application and per them they sent an interview letter to my mail box which I didn't recieve and at that time I was not glued to the online tracking

best way is to relocate to immigration friendly state. ask your lawyer to file a motion to change venue to transfer case to another court.

I'm so sorry but I think it would be best to relocate.

I agree with Gabriel T, move to a different state around the coastal areas. Texas is not immigrant friendly.

I agree with Gabriel T too that may be you best option.
